Return and Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product is defective or does not work as advertised
  • You received the wrong product
  • The download link is broken or inaccessible
  • Duplicate charges occurred

2. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been downloaded and accessed
  • License keys that have been activated or used
  • Custom or personalized digital products
  • Products purchased during special promotions (unless defective)
  • Change of mind after successful download

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order you wish to refund
  3. Click "Request Refund" and provide detailed reasons
  4. Submit supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  5. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Access to the product will be revoked upon refund approval

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Only part of a bundle is defective
  • The product has minor issues that don't affect core functionality
  • You've used a portion of a multi-license package

7. Seller-Specific Policies

Individual sellers may have additional refund policies. These will be displayed on the product page and must be reviewed before purchase. Seller-specific policies cannot override our platform's minimum standards.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action. We're committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

9. Technical Support

Before requesting a refund for technical issues, please contact the seller's support team. Many issues can be resolved with proper assistance. Refund requests due to technical problems will require proof that you attempted to resolve the issue with the seller.
