7. Payment and Fees

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Sellers agree to pay platform commission fees as outlined in the seller agreement. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tosells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
