1. Digital-Only Delivery

ToSells is a digital-only marketplace. No physical products are shipped. All products sold on our platform — including software license keys, digital assets, and downloadable content — are delivered electronically. There are no shipping charges, customs duties, or physical handling involved.

2. How Delivery Works

After your payment is successfully processed, your digital products are delivered through the following methods:

1. Email Delivery: License keys and/or download links are sent immediately to the email address associated with your order.
2. Account Dashboard: All purchased products, license keys, and download links are also available in your My Orders section within your ToSells account.

You do not need to wait for any physical shipment. Your products are ready to use as soon as delivery is complete.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Instant Delivery	Within 5-10 minutes	Most products are delivered automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.
Manual Processing	Up to 24 hours	Some products may require manual verification by the seller before delivery. This typically applies to high-value or custom license keys.

In the vast majority of cases, you will receive your product within 5-10 minutes of completing payment.

4. What If I Don't Receive My Product?

If you have not received your license key or download link after the stated delivery timeframe, please follow these steps:

1. Check your Spam/Junk folder: Our delivery emails may occasionally be filtered by your email provider.
2. Check your ToSells Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders — your product may already be available there.
3. Check the correct email: Ensure you are checking the email address you used during checkout.
4. Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will resolve it within 24 hours.

5. Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

• Your unique order number
• Product details and quantity
• Payment amount and method
• Estimated delivery timeframe

This email serves as your purchase receipt. Please save it for your records.

6. International Delivery

Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no geographical restrictions on delivery. Customers from any country can purchase and receive products instantly. No customs clearance or import duties apply to digital goods.
